We may have neither direct nor indirect experience with the vendors listed. Should you elect to use this list, by your use, you thereby agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, costs, expenses, and liability for your use thereof. Your due diligence in checking all licensing, insurance, references, legal requirements, and having the appropriate professionals advise you, such as, but not limited to, an independent attorney to review all contracts, and obtaining completion or other bonds, may be helpful to your experience. The order in which the vendors are listed does not indicate any preference or recommendation. This agreement  shall only be amended by CRES. The vendors listed, may have unsatisfied customers.
